Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Dallas, TX
Most Dallas homeowners have never seen the inside of their own ducts. That’s the whole problem. When we finish a job, we show you photographs of what came out and what the system looks like now. The difference is not subtle. Here are representative projects from homes around Dallas. Photos are added to this gallery as we complete jobs, so what you see below reflects real work in this city.

Return Duct in a 1990s Lake Highlands Home
Before
AfterThe homeowner called because one bedroom never cooled the way the others did. When we pulled the return grille, the back side looked like a felt pad. Years of dust, drywall fines from a 2015 remodel, and two golden retrievers’ worth of hair had built up against the grille. We ran a Rotobrush rotary brush through the full return run while a Nikro negative-air machine kept the collected debris from re-entering the living space. Airflow to that bedroom went from barely moving a tissue held at the vent to passing the same test easily. The dry photos show a gray-brown mat; the after photos show bare galvanized metal.
Kitchen Exhaust and Supply Lines in a Richardson Rental
Before
AfterThis one had been cooking-heavy for six years with no duct service. The kitchen exhaust duct had a film of hardened grease that caught the light when we scoped it. Supply lines were carrying construction dust from when the unit was flipped before the tenants moved in. We used a rotary brush followed by negative-air extraction to pull the loosened material out rather than pushing it around. The owner sent photos to the tenants and renewed for another year the following week. When a landlord can show tenants what the ducts look like after cleaning, it changes the conversation about maintenance.
Dryer Vent Full-Bore Clog in an Oak Cliff Bungalow
Before
AfterThis job started as a dryer that took two cycles to dry a single load. The vent run was short but had two 90-degree elbows, and both were packed solid. The exterior flapper had not opened fully in months. We cleared the run and showed the homeowner the pile we pulled out: roughly a two-gallon bucket’s worth of lint and a dryer sheet that had been hung up on a screw head for what looked like a long time. The dryer now finishes loads in one cycle, and the exterior vent opens the way it should. Oak Cliff’s older homes often have short vent runs, but the elbows are where lint packs in.
Supply Register Restoration in a Preston Hollow Condo

The staining around this register was not dust. It was air leakage pulling unfiltered attic air through the gap where the register boot met the ceiling drywall. That pulls fine dust into the room and darkens the paint over time. We cleaned the register and the visible section of duct, then sealed the boot connection with mastic so the leak stopped pulling attic air. Roy Castellanos showed the homeowner the darkened insulation around the boot in the before photo. The after photo shows a clean register and a sealed connection. That staining does not come back.
Post-Renovation Duct Cleanout in a North Dallas Townhome

The owners had finished a kitchen remodel and noticed a film of white dust on every flat surface within a day of dusting. That is drywall dust cycling through the system. The contractor had not sealed the ducts during demolition, and the return pulled in dust for three weeks straight. We cleaned every supply and return line, replaced the filter, and ran the negative-air machine while doing so. The after photos show duct interiors that look new. If you have renovated in the last year and have not had the ducts cleaned since, you are breathing whatever the crew kicked up.
Asbestos-Wrapped Duct Inspection in an East Dallas Mid-Century

We document older systems before any work starts. In this East Dallas house from 1962, the ducts had original insulation wrapping that we treated as suspect until proven otherwise. We did not disturb the wrap. We scoped the interior, showed the homeowner what was inside, and cleaned the accessible sections while keeping the negative-air machine running. The after photos show what a 60-year-old system looks like when it is cleaned properly: the metal inside is in decent shape, the wrap is untouched, and the airflow is noticeably better. If your home predates 1970, we photograph everything before and after so you know exactly what was done and what was left alone.
